Overall the game is the best game ever but in cs rank the are many hacker and in every 2 to 3 matches there is a hacker with his full squad and when I try to place the gloo wall it places all my gloo walls and every time I enter I drive a vehicle and if I crash it into something it just fly like a bird at 500 Kmph and I die in a millisecond please it’s a request that u creators must fix the game and ban all hackers….

Best game ever But one problem Garena needs to remove hackers as one time I was playing with my friends and I met a person who was shooting through the wall and in lone wolf also lots of glitch users ruin the experience also when we play in PC my rank is platinum but I would get bronze players and enemy would have grandmaster 500+ star please make it like u will get enemies of ur rank and teammates average rank would be close to urs

For these kind of event I spent more than 5000 Diamonds.Recently, I encountered an issue during this event that wasn't clearly explained in the game’s terms. When I reached out to support, I felt that my feedback as a player wasn’t fully acknowledged. The response seemed dismissive and didn’t offer a solution or proper escalation path.If this kind of issue can happen repeatedly, it should be made clear in the event rules. Without transparency, players are left confused or frustrated. I believe players deserve clear communication and fair treatment in these events.This feedback is not just to complain—but to help other players be more aware, and hopefully encourage the developers to improve how they handle such concerns in the future.
