When mirroring a video call from an iPhone to Apple TV, even if the iPhone is rotated to landscape mode, the mirrored display remains in portrait mode. The sound also remains on the iPhone, instead of coming out on the Apple TV. This is the same when the video call function is called from inside WhatsApp, even when photo and video mirrored from inside WhatsApp to AppleTV are display in correct landscape or portrait mode when the iPhone is rotated, and the sound comes out from the AppleTV as intended.In short: the landscape mode and sound transfer function in video calls of FaceTime (and inside iOS in general) have bugs.

I’ve always preferred using facetime over any other video calling apps. The video quality is so much clearer than other apps. The interface is also clean, simple & easy to use. Keep it up!

Its so frustrating when i did restart my phone at every updates be it SOFTWARE OR APPS UPDATES!! Facetime still the best compared to other video calls and only recently its getting from BAD TO WORST!!! Its so frustrating!! FT KEEP FALLING OFF EVEN THERES NETWORK!!! And screen sharing not working at all on IOS 16.3!!! What is this bug been bugging ???? CAN APPLE PLS FIX THIS???
