This apartment is easily located in the heart of Rovaniemi City Center with 2 convenient entrance points. Accessible to many tour operators’ offices and restaurants and if you’re game enough, you can actually go chase the aurora by talking a slow 10mins walk to attikum just further down the road to see if u get lucky. The apartment is safe and secure, checking in was a breeze even though I checked in at 2.30am! Apartment was clean and pristine and even had a nice sauna which I made full use of during my entire stay there. (Though initially trying to operate it was a challenge but with instructions from the host and a few twist of the knobs we finally got to enjoy a tru Finnish activity. Talking about the host…Topias was a absolute star and his hospitality and readiness to answer any queries and issues is truly impeccable and almost on par, if not better, than most established 5-star hotel chains I’ve stayed in. His professionalism and service attitude (even though we just communicated via messages) was one that’ll be etched in my memory and one that I’ll gladly recommend to everyone n anyone who wants to have a nice homely comfortable stay while in Lapland! During our stay in Hanoi, we had the pleasure of experiencing impeccable service at Hanoi Le Chateau Hotel & Spa. From start to finish, every detail was thoughtfully handled, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.When we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly doorman, Win, as well as the front desk staff, William. William shared with us food recommendations as well as places to visit in the Old Quarter.The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exuded comfort. It was situated close to eateries and a short stroll from the weekend market. Beyond the physical space was the staff’s attentiveness and ability to go above and beyond for their guests. When my original cruise to Ha Long Bay was unexpectedly canceled due to a power outage, the team quickly found me a good replacement by the manager, Ms Lana.

Not my first, nor my last stay. I like its location, though traffic along C-5 road could be terrible at certain hours. But, my brother and his family live in the condo next to the hotel, so it’s convenient for me. And the front desk staff are pleasant and very helpful! The hotel has a gym on the top floor, with old equipment, which I don’t mind. My concern is that the equipment are not maintained well. During my workout last night, I asked for a wet towel to clean the barbell, which the staff gave me. I thought the staff would wipe the bar for me, but he let me do it myself, while he chatted me up. I told him that the gym only needs a little tlc. Just dust and wipe daily! He said that the equipment were scheduled for chroming soon… the excuse to not wipe off the kalawang and dust. Meanwhile, gym going guests, like me, would have to clean the machines ourselves. Other than this incident, the stay was okay. And, many thanks to the head of concierge, who helped me drive out of my parking spot. He was on AM duty on 23Sept2023. I’m so bad with names, but please give him 5 stars for me! A very inconsiderate driver parked next to my car, giving me almost no room to open the driver’s door, and the concierge helped me out of this tight spot.

Do the usual of looking at the pictures and rating. Did a filter for 2 adults and 2 children aged 7 & 10 years old there are 2 places of similar prices and I book Silka Johor Bahru cos 1 of the picture shows 2 single bed and a queen or king size bed. Must be a ulu service apartment but I drive so nevermind. I went checking in and they tell me only got 1 King size bed so I say if they can give me a bed for free or discount or not cos they want to charge me 80RM. The front desk lady very nice so she say she check with the manager so I go back room first. Come down after some time and check with them again. Think I saw the manager and she instructed the nice lady to come out to “entertain” me. The nice lady told me that they are out of bed and I think to myself they think I stupid or what. Nevermind, after I go for my supper, I decided to ask for a extra blanket and the manager say okay. Wait 30min still haven’t come so go down to the front desk cos I’m quite sure they forget. Waited for another 30min then finally come knocking loudly at my door. All these time go down multiple times to front desk cos no number in the room to call the front desk.
