Got cheated few times of money when I was accidently charged. Apple support denied the refund request without any valid reason. They don’t care about customers but app developers since they get a % of money. Hence there is no way to communicate with them. They make a decision and no way to raise a dispute, and no mechanism to escalate the dispute. Called support they are even worst, purposely waste time and frustrate you so you give up on trying. Wasted 2-3 hours fighting for it but then gave up. Apple has become arrogant and this is how they treat someone who spent 20-25k on various Apple products.
