As a user from Singapore, I am impress with how map navigation is able to advise which lane to take according to path chosen. (Eg taking the 2nd right lane as you are required to turn left later). This is good as we are not always so sure if we are able to filter in to the lane if we took the wrong lane.However, why i only give a 3 star is due to the issue that the Map has no updates. I have been using it for nearly 2yrs and never once i see they update it. Singapore road is always changing. The path is still like 4yrs back. No update watsoever. They do no update the map with new open area. There a few new places which I need to go for my work but arent searchable on the map.The navigation process are also kinda hectic in the sense that it even told me to drive to my destination through a protected area. Come on, why does the navigation do that? The path is not even accessible and it still navigate us in that path? Dont you people ever verify the pathway before uploading it?? If someone is to ever follow, won’t they get arrested for trespassing?

Used in Singapore. Overall as a simple map it works well enough. You can easily see bus routes and it will give accurate bus timings (for when a bus is arriving to your stop). However the biggest issue I've come across is the accuracy of directions for buses and public transport. Maybe it is due to its inability to track live traffic but it dangerously underestimates how much time is needed for bus routes to your destination. For example one route said it would take 47 minutes, it took 1 hour and 25 minutes. Another on another day stated 38 minutes and it took over one hour. Seriously big issues if you are using it for work in a new city. On top of the fact many small businesses are simple not on apple maps so you will sometimes end up having to use google maps to find particular places.

I have been using this map in my navigation and am very satisfied with the clear direction and the use of traffic lights in the direction to enable us to turn to our destination correctly. Also where there is speed limit for a stretch of road, a clear circling of the speed limit appears on the top right corner, that is very good so that we motorize can check our speed and drive carefully. However, I observed that not all stretch of roads with speed limit is highlighted and how wonderful more could be added in the future.

The new iOS15 map is improving. Some feedback:1. When adding a location, hours are very hard to add/edit & best to revert to the old method.2. When adding a new location, comments are not possible to add. It might be useful for the reviewers.3. when adding a business in Singapore, unit numbers are often ignored & have to be reported again after it’s added. Apple maps have yet to be sensitive to country specific address conventions. 4. Wish shared guides are updated automatically when sharing with someone. also wish there’s an option to edit together. 5. as most branches of the same business have their own naming convention, wish there’s a field for that to reduce naming mess. also wish it’s easier to link POIs of the same brand together so that viewing one of them can easily explore other branches.
