    Why does the app have to log in to iCloud to be able to use it???Used to be very gd app and doesn’t required to use it with iCloud..For people like me not using iCloud then no point to use the app for purchases and etc..Hopefully the developers can do something abt it..Thank you!

    Worst online purchase experience. Advised with incorrect information about the compatibility of the Apple Pencil to my IPad. Order placed by specialist had incomplete address that resulted in delayed delivery. Return process was painful on the phone after being passed through 2 operators. As it turned out, the said collection for refund did not even turn up. And I’m expected to call up again to arrange now that it has passed the 14 days. Seriously rethinking if this is a brand worth supporting after over a decade when customer service is taken so lightly.

    Got cheated few times of money when I was accidently charged. Apple support denied the refund request without any valid reason. They don’t care about customers but app developers since they get a % of money. Hence there is no way to communicate with them. They make a decision and no way to raise a dispute, and no mechanism to escalate the dispute. Called support they are even worst, purposely waste time and frustrate you so you give up on trying. Wasted 2-3 hours fighting for it but then gave up. Apple has become arrogant and this is how they treat someone who spent 20-25k on various Apple products.

    Honestly great app , helps you have a look at the pricing without actually going to the store .thus if you are lazy to walk to store like me and just want to have a look ,great help. It has a great improvement since last year such as crash or lag.

    Fraudulent and scammy black market “company” apple refused to refund in-app purchase that I made, even though refund request was made 1 day after having purchased something on an apple app store app. Regardless of what reason you indicate, fraudulent and scammy apple would refuse your refund request for any in-app purchase on all applications on the apple app store. Terrible and extremely shady apple!I will NOT make any in-app purchase on any mobile application from the apple app store again.

    Why does the device list only allow me to shop for products and accessories only for my iPhone 13?I clearly have more devices in my iCloud account Please fix this issue
