great for experimenting, has issues

The app is great. It allows me to experiment with my apartment design. I don’t have to be an expert architect or designer to use it. It has wide variety of furniture, every item is editable in premium tier, and there’s possibility to upload your own textures. There are a couple of issues though:1. App works differently in web and mobile 1.1. Web allows for grid snapping of objects, there’s no such option on mobile1.2. Web has much better color controls. On mobile you ca only use sliders to adjust colors of items. Web allows to input desired color in every format, e.g. hex, RGB. This one is particularly annoying, I’m usually jumping between both versions to color in web, and add items on mobile…1.3. Web allows to remove walls breakpoints which is not possible on mobile.1.4. Items are being placed differently or have differently displayed dimensions in both versions, i.e. when i’m trying to add recessed ceiling with cube tool, in web it’a displayed lower than on mobile2. Camera controls are too sensitive, and have some delays in the web version. they’re very hard to control with touchpad on a mac.

Its absolutely amazing for being free, however interacting with objects could use a bit more work, sometimes when trying to select, move and rotate object (especially in 3d mode) it gets very frustrating and clunky. Also it would be nice if you could preview the item before unlocking it. If those things get addressed, then its gonna be strong 5/5

Initially a bit annoying but once you watch one or two tutorial becomes very easy, flexible and versatile. Look at all the projects people create using it amazing! The rendering option is greatOn the other hand I have noticed the following glitches:1. projects llok different on different devices. For example wall colors can go missing on ipad. For best results use one platform.2. Orientation of objects, eg sofas, TVs is diffenet in 2d and 3d which is frustrating especially when you render3. The choice of objects like carpets and lighting should be bigger. When is the LED lighting?
