I was banned from this app without an explanation or review from tinder support team. They will irreversibly delete your access at the whim of anyone that reports you without investigating if there was any violation of the guidelines and terms of use. I was a long lasting premium sub too. This goes to show that loyal customer base is not in their prioritiesStay away don’t waste your money here, there are far better alternatives.

The only reason I’m giving one star over zero is that the app has a good design and will occasionally match you with people. Its promises are somewhat kept during the first day of your account. It all goes to hell afterwards. The app claims that I have 99+ likes, and no matter how much time I waste, I won’t get any matches whatsoever, maybe one per three days. It’s a sad money grab scheme. Maybe if it wasn’t so absurdly and unnecessarily expensive, I’d get the premium, but they’re literally laughing at us with these offers. It’s insulting. Bringing people together is a nice concept overall, once upon a time it might’ve even been motivated by pure intensions. However, today it’s nothing more than an extremely poorly executed pay-to-play scam. No matter how you look at it, it’s not okay to shadow-ban or selectively hide profiles just because they’re not premium. At least be honest about what we’re getting with the free version.

I swear, this app has the most useless customer support I have ever seen. I appealed a ban on my account, which, by the way, came out of nowhere and for no apparent reason, and the only response I got from them was that I had violated their terms of use and my account had been banned. Every time I email, I get the same message with no reasonable explanation as to why they banned me! I tried multiple times and got nothing. They even stopped responding to my emails. I tried resolving this politely but this is getting ridiculous. They ban your phone number, email, apple ID, pretty much everything they can so you wouldn’t be able to create a new account. I would understand if they explained and justified their decision and if I had actually done something wrong but that is not the case at all. I did not violate anything and that ban is just a load of bulls*it from their useless customer support.

The app is not user friendly to create a profile, could be done a lot easier. It did not allow me to mention my instagram account in my bio like 10 times, at the same time everyone else‘s account mentiones their insta. You get the same people you have already rejected 10 times over and over again. Absolutely annoying. You cant‘t reply to a message like any other app, you just write in a row, let the other one guess what exactly you are replying to. Yeah, guess why people want to move the conversation to instagram. It fills my profile with some 1000 guys who apparently like me but I have to pay to see them… yeah, sure. As a whole it is annoying to use it and I don‘t see it worth the hustle.

2-3 years ago when the price was decent, the quality and the benefits were so good and the value was high, there were so many matches. Now the price is 4 times higher or maybe more and you dont get what you pay for, its not even 1/10 of what it was back then. I hope you fix it or people will look for better apps where they can actually get some matches. You build your name in the past and forgot to maintain it, but you don’t forget to ask for more money without a reason 😀. I paid recently but didn’t get anything and the benefits were more like 0, wouldn’t make the same mistake and strongly recommend to other people to pass and try different app

I have the following issue while using the app, I get match and when I go to matches, the user is not in messages, also removed from likes. I experience thia with 2 matches in few days, the one match appears in messages after 1-2 days, the other never appears in messages. This is super annoying, because you get some matches and you are unable to connect with people. It’s impossible to be unmatched from the user, because right after the match the user is not messages. Please fix this annoying issue.
