Finally a good game

Yes, it’s not exactly as in the ads but it offers WAY more than expected to keep you engaged and coming back, all without a single ad in the game or forcing you to buy anything. This here is the future of gaming. Beautiful graphics, lots to do and pass the time. Thanks devs!

Worst customer service ever

I played this game for quite awhile, it’s the usual game that give you a lot at the start to get you hooked then start making it to hard unless you start paying with micro transactions. If you are fine with that then you will enjoy this game if you don’t like micropayments then you will not, but my biggest issue was when I made a small mistake and lost all my diamond that I worked hard to achieve, when I contacted the support team I got a Ai bot that refused to give them back to me even though I still had the value of the accidental misclick, so instead of re trading them back I got a big NO can’t help you. After all the time and effort and money I put into this game to be treated like that and not be able to be heard or understood made me feel I had no value. If I could go back to the start I would never play this game.

Definitely a worthwhile game, good graphics and game play. Was enjoying it until I received a payment advice from Apple which I disputed and was then credited. Was then advised through the game that I was in “bad credit” and needed to top up my credits, something I’d never experienced before. Was then told by customer service that since I’d obtained refund via Apple and not them directly my “reputation” points had decreased. So I was penalised for getting a refund on a purchase I never made. Ridiculous.
