Dear users! We admit it, we got a bit too experimental. Thanks to your patient feedback, we’ve brought back the old behavior for opening and stopping loops and removed the stop buttons. We know this back-and-forth may have been confusing, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience. Thanks for helping us make things better! This update also adds rotating previews that match the editor direction, fixes several layout issues, and lets you search for pack names in the sound browser.

We’ve fixed a number of smaller things to make the experience even smoother.

This update brings a lot of fixes to improve the experience. Highlights include: -- Updated for iOS 26 -- Auxy is now fully compatible with iOS 26, and we’ve also refreshed the app icon. -- Unified browser -- Adding a new instrument now takes you to a unified browser where melodic instruments and drum kits are shown together, neatly sorted into categories. -- Add random sounds -- Each category now includes an option to pick a random sound if you’re not sure what to choose. -- Drum kit swapping -- It’s now possible to swap drum kits on existing tracks. Just be careful if you’ve built a custom kit, since swaps can’t be undone unless you first save your kit as a template. -- Imported samples issue -- Projects with included samples should now import and load correctly.

We've made the stop buttons more visible, making them easier to find at a glance. Try it out and let us know how it feels after using it for a while! We've also fixed a few minor issues to keep everything running smoothly.

We have fixed a few issues and added back the option to edit loops via the popup menu. Note that you can quickly open a loop by just tapping it, instead of waiting for the menu to open.

We have made a number of small changes to improve the experience for new users. In addition, the status bar is now visible on iPhones again. ;)

We have made a number of small changes to improve the design, specifically on iPad. For instance, the background is now black to increase the contrast in the main view. Hope you like it!

We have fixed some text glitches that came as a result of making the app ready for more languages. Thanks for reporting these! In addition, you can now add up to 32 instruments in each project. Just keep in mind that playing a lot of instruments at the same time can cause performance issues.

The app has been updated to run well on iOS 15 and the latest devices. We have also added Swedish language support, which is the first step in providing Auxy in more languages. Support for additional languages will follow in the coming months. Based on feedback from users, we have decided to change back the behavior for how creating new scenes works. I.e. when you add a new scene, the currently playing loops will remain active in the new scene. Hope you like it and let us know if you find any bugs!

We have fixed the format so that exported videos can be uploaded to Instagram and other services. Also fixed an issue that would cause the app to crash when rendering tracks, and resolved potential issues with SoundCloud uploads.
